today we hosted Lucija Gregov, from an Island of Croatia, with a very beautiful cello solo piece, Bazip Zeehok with absurdist contemporary shuffle and lyrics, Samih Mahdoun, Ud and Voice from Gaza, and we added some Ekatarina Velika for Nevena and Jasna, some Ustvolskaja, some Okean Elzy for Piccola Odessa, some Plan Kruutntoone and field rec s from IRR Moers Bart Maris at Peschkenhaus, with the bicycle for Fredd and the fog horn for me , Bushi Molongo and Gombert for James Weeks, a Kyrie from Igor S for all of uS, and so on, and , indeed, so on.
(coming home after yesterday s www.demisluktezigeuner.com/mooi op oostum, where we hosted Lucija Gregov and Bazip Zeehok, to do radio, i met with two beautiful people form Kyiv Independent, we talked, we even played a bit : they are here to show their documentary… and now, just after breakfast we talked Roma and music, people and difficult times. I really respect these people s work! we are so happy to host you for a few days, djakuju!!
